Buys and Partners was founded in 2005, and mainly focus on Conveyancing, bond registrations, divorces, drafting of wills and estate administration.
Partners:
Anton Buys
Anton obtained his B-Proc degree in 1998 at P.U. for C.H.E, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2000.
He was further admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa during January 2002.
In 2005 Anton joined forces with his brother, and Buys and Partners was formed.
Rina Swart
Rina obtained her LLB degree in 2004 at UNISA, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in August 2006.
She was further admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa in November 2007.
Rina joined Buys and Partners in May 2007 and shortly thereafter became a partner.
